Our second-ever vintage from the acclaimed Bien Nacido Vineyard, 2014 Pinot Noir is carefully crafted to capture the best this varietal has to offer. We maximize skin contact during fermentation, resulting in a rich cherry and garnet hue. The wine is then aged in a mix of new and neutral French oak, giving the perfect balance of silky tannins, with a touch of toasty vanilla and regional terroir. Wonderful ripeness at harvest made the 2014 vintage a bit fuller and richer than our first vintage. With bright red berries and violets that pop from this fruit-forward wine, it is the perfect red for anything from poultry, to pork, to pasta. 100% Pinot Noir. Only 355 cases produced.
